Conveniently nestled on a beautiful country road in Lakeville, CT., we are within minutes to the New York and Massachusetts borders, Lime Rock Park and private schools. 142 Wells Hill B&B offers a relaxing setting for visitors to our area. We offer 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, sitting area and closet. Our master bedroom suite has a daybed perfect for those traveling with an added companion. Should you wish total privacy and not share the full bath, the entire upstairs is yours at a discounted rate. Please contact us for specials.
 A hefty continental breakfast will get you on your way; enjoy it in our eat in kitchen, private porch or on our outside deck if the weather permits or we'll pack it up for you if you are on the go. Your cell phone will work here, we have wireless throughout the house and there is HD DirecTV in the master suite. We accept major credit cards and checks. Our rooms are double occupancy. We are a smoke free home. 
We have 3 well behaved dogs and an indoor cat who will greet you and then go about their own agenda therefore we cannot accommodate your pet. We are happy to refer you to an excellent person for day and night care for your pet should you have one traveling with you, however these accommodations must be made prior to your stay with us.
